CRYSTALIUM RP — USER AGREEMENT

1. Definitions

“Website” — the official website of the Crystalium RP project, including all its pages and subdomains.

“Game Server / Project” — the multiplayer roleplay environment “Crystalium RP,” including all game mechanics, assets, and virtual items.

“User” — any individual accessing the Website, Game Server, or interacting with CRRP tokens.

“Administration” — the owners, developers, moderators, and authorized representatives of Crystalium RP.

“CRRP Token” — a digital utility token used within the Crystalium RP ecosystem.

“Donation / Support Contribution” — voluntary financial support that may grant in-game bonuses.

2. General Provisions

The Crystalium RP Project is a private entertainment platform. Participation is voluntary and provided “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted access or saved progress. The Administration may update or restrict any part of the Project at any time.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 The User must:

  • follow all server and community rules;
  • provide accurate information when required;
  • avoid cheating, exploiting, or unauthorized modifications;
  • respect other Users and roleplay rules;
  • obey international laws regarding cryptocurrencies.

3.2 The User is prohibited from:

  • damaging or disrupting the Project;
  • distributing Project files or assets;
  • impersonating Administration members;
  • using CRRP for illegal financial operations;
  • demanding refunds for voluntary donations.

4. Administration Rights and Responsibilities

The Administration may restrict access, modify gameplay or economy, suspend accounts, or refuse service. The Administration ensures user data protection, transparency of appeals, and continued development of the Project.

5. CRRP Token — Terms of Use

  • CRRP is a digital utility token used only within Crystalium RP unless stated otherwise.
  • Not an investment, financial instrument, or security.
  • Value may fluctuate based on in-game supply and demand.
  • No guarantees of liquidity or listing on exchanges.
  • All CRRP obtained through donations, gameplay, or rewards is non-refundable.

6. Donations and Support Contributions

Donations are voluntary and not payments for goods or services. All donations are final and non-refundable. Digital rewards may change during project updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Administration is not responsible for technical interruptions, data loss, third-party software issues, cryptocurrency risks, or financial losses. Users access all services at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All Project branding, scripts, designs, and assets belong to the Administration. Copying or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Account and Data Management

Users are responsible for securing their accounts. The Administration may suspend accounts violating rules or policies.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

Disputes must first be resolved through communication with the Administration. Unresolved disputes fall under international digital-service guidelines.

11. Amendments

The Administration may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of Crystalium RP services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Final Provisions

This Agreement forms the complete understanding between the User and the Administration. Invalid sections do not affect the rest of the Agreement.
